Founded in 1996, NECCO is a child placing agency that serves over 500 abused and neglected children of all ages in the custody of child welfare and juvenile justice agencies in the states of Kentucky, Ohio, and West Virginia . NECCO believes results are what matters, and takes a team-based approach to caring for troubled youth. The professionals at NECCO are committed to the importance of integrating children and young adults into their communities and giving them tools, particularly independent living skills, to help them become self-sufficient and productive adults. Our experienced staff works closely with local communities to recruit and train foster parents to care for youth who have been removed from their biological homes by the state social services agency.
Caring Family Network, a private, non-profit agency serving high-risk youth, families and adults was established in 1994 on the premise that through relationship comes change. CFN strives to give every client a chance to succeed and is committed to securing qualified staff, families, and mentors to work with those in need of services. The goals of CFN are driven by the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to maximize their potential. Caring Family Network reaches into communities to help fill disparities in children's treatment services, provide mental health services to adults and children, and to provide community support services. CFN believes that people are what make a difference and focuses on delivering high quality care that promotes positive outcomes for clients served.
